Interact with the architect – We work with our, or your architect or architectural designer to ensure that the project is implemented as planned.

Arrange for permits and associated inspections – City permits are required before any demolish, build, enlarge, improve, or convert project can begin. We are familiar with the process of applying and filling out all necessary paperwork required by local building and zoning governments. We coordinate all of the associated inspections – meeting the city inspectors at the job site and working with them on any requested changes or adjustments.

Gather and evaluate bids – We have a network of trusted, licensed, insured, and bonded sub-contractors, which allows us to gather accurate bids quickly. Every specialty (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, framing, carpentry, etc.) is able to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Coordinate specialty contractors – We provide a timeline and coordinate all of our sub-contractors to ensure that the project will be in process smoothly and in a timely fashion.

Skilled labor – Our experienced carpenters and sub-contractors provide the highest quality skills to perform the best workmanship.

Answer questions and resolve issues – We are on the job site regularly to inspect the work as it’s in progress to completion. We are able to provide answers and suggestions and resolve issues that the homeowner may have during this process to be sure that no delays or mistakes can affect the work and closing date.
